ABBA Belt Exam

Grandmaster J. Pat Burleson presents Dr. John York with his 4th Dan Certificate

Saturday May 11,  2002 American Black Belt Academy  held belt rank testing. 

Dr. John York successfully tested for 4th Degree Black Belt and was presented with his 4th Dan certificate and a life time achievement award in the martial arts by Grand Master J. Pat Burleson.

ABBA was honored to have Grand Master J. Pat Burleson, MS. Burleson, Dr. Steve Powell, Victor Cheng and Drew Scoggin as honored guest who served on the exam board.

Brown belt promotions included Russell Caruana and James Davidson to 1st brown belt, Lisa Devine to 2nd brown and Jeannette Holmes to 4th brown belt.

Ms. Julie Staffer brought  many of her students from her San Antonio ABBA school to test.
